1.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets or merchandise on Solong.live. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2.Refund Policy for Tickets:
In the case where the event proceeds on the scheduled date and time:
If a refund request for the ticket(s) is submitted 72 hours prior to the event start time, a 30% refund of the ticket price will be granted. If the refund request is submitted within 24 hours prior to the event, a 50% processing fee will apply. Ticket(s) are non-refundable if less than 24 hours remain before the event. The deducted commission will be subtracted, and the remaining amount will be credited back to your account by the bank within 7 working days.
In the event of a postponement or change of venue:
For updates on event rescheduling or changes in venue, kindly refer to our official Instagram page. Should you wish to request a ticket refund due to changes in venue or date, such requests can be accommodated no later than 12 hours before the event commences. No processing fee will be applied to the refunded amount. The refunded sum will be credited back to your account by the bank within 7 working days.
In the event of event cancellation:
If the event is cancelled, your payment will be refunded upon request, without any deductions.
3.Event Rules
Solong.live reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who do not adhere to event rules.
Prohibited items include drugs, weapons, and other items outlined in event-specific terms.
Attendees must comply with venue and security policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Solong.live, including logos, event descriptions, and media, is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction or misuse of any materials is strictly prohibited.
