Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets or products on Solong.live. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Ticket Refund Policy

If the event takes place on the announced date and time

  • Tickets can only be refunded if the request is submitted at least 72 hours before the event starts.
  • In this case, a 30% commission fee will be deducted from the ticket price.
  • Tickets are non-refundable within 72 hours of the event.
  • The remaining amount after commission deduction will be refunded to the user’s bank account within 7 business days.

Event Postponement or Venue Change

In the event of a change to the date or venue, official information will be shared via our Instagram page.

If the new venue or date is not suitable and you wish to request a refund:

  • The request must be submitted no later than 12 hours before the event starts.
  • No commission fee will be charged for such refunds.
  • The full paid amount will be refunded to the user’s bank account within 7 business days.

Event Cancellation

If the event is completely canceled, users are entitled to a full refund with no commission fee deducted.

Event Rules

Solong.live reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove participants who violate event rules.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs
  • Weapons
  • Any other items restricted by the event organizers or venue policies

Participants must comply with all venue and security regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on Solong.live, including logos, event descriptions, images, videos, and other materials, is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of any materials is strictly prohibited.
